Senior Manager /AVP- Process Excellence
- The role exists to ensure comprehensive review of existing branch operational parameters and branch processes
- To ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, reduce risk and provide the best customer experience.
- Review of process implementation at branches to ensure standardization
- Ongoing review of any new process, operational instructions, circulars being introduced / suggested by Operations / Product / CPU and identify any impact areas from branch banking perspective
- To be a central point of contact for all other departments / verticals for any rollout to branch banking
- Review / Monitoring, Analysing and Reporting Implementation of any new process changes in Branch Banking
- Analyse branch requirements in terms of feedback received from the end users in terms of branch and back end processes for best in class customer experience
- Identifying key pain areas of branch banking and coming out with solutions.
- The role will cover processes to be reviewed for a wide array of products - Account opening and maintenance, Tax/TDS, NR, AML, Deliverables, Lockers, Customer service, Teller areas - Clearing, Remittance and Cash and other related aspects of Branch Banking.
- Periodic review of processes implemented and measure the implementation at Branches through mystery shopping
