Job Title : Senior Manager / AVP - Portfolio Management

Department : Credit Card - BFL Business

Location - JMD Megapolis, Gurgaon

Reporting To : Deputy Vice President - Portfolio Management

A. Position Purpose :

Managing Customer Lifecycle and optimizing life time revenue

B. Position Responsibilities :

Sr. Key Responsibilities :

1 Focus on one of the areas of AUR - Activation or Retention with a measurable customer engagement framework

2 Identify segments for targeted promotions

3 End to end campaign management from conception, planning & execution to tracking

4 Liaising with cross functional teams - Marketing / Analytics / Business solutions / Ops for campaign related activities

5 Ensure customer engagement through early activation / continuous spends engagement / pro-active & re-active retention

C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications : Essential MBA

Preferred - Premier B School

Certifications/Experience: Essential Business Management or Product / Portfolio Management

Preferred - Financial Services
