Senior Manager/AVP - Operations - Wealth Management Vertical - Broking House

A leading Broking House in Mumbai is seeking to hire a Manager / Sr. Manager Operations from a Wealth Management vertical.

The responsibilities are :

- Manage Operations, Systems, Accounts for Private Wealth, SEBI regulated PMS, Proprietary Trading Desk

- Assist in setting up new business/products

- Spec out business requirements in detail, develop processes including workflows in relation to products & systems

- Playing the role of solution providers for all new business requirements

- Must have worked on Miles Software in current stint or in the previous 4 years of career

- Evaluate systems (in-house and external), UAT and sign off systems

- Vendor coordination & management

- Experienced on managing PMS/AIF operations under outsource model for custody & fund accounting services.

- Regular review and updation of operations procedure, daily checklist and SLA

- Ensure Compliance requirements are implemented and organizational standards maintained

- Provide various MIS to business, clients and other stake holders

- Handle Internal & Statutory Audit for the unit

- Assist front office in client servicing

- Team development and training

Qualification : CA / MBA
