Senior Manager/AVP - Operational Risk - Credit Card

Position : Sr. Manager/AVP-Operational Risk (Credit Card),

Location : Mumbai,

Exp:-4-6 Yrs.

Qualification : MBA,CA.

Job Responsibility :

- Effectively implement & manage operational risk for the bank as per policy and framework.

Assess and Mitigate Operation Risk for Credit Cards including :

- Operational Risk Events

- Products & Processes

- Key Risk Indicators

- Risk Control & Self Assessment

- Other Key Risk Metrics

- Review the various Audit Reports & others to identify operations risks and emerging risk

- Facilitate and ensure independent assessment & testing of Risks and Controls

- Facilitate Operational Risk Management Committee meetings, plan agenda items, track actionable, prepare & submit minutes etc.

- Create awareness on Operational Risk within the Stakeholders

- Tracking of External events and use learning to review the internal process and initiate action for implementation of control pro actively

- Coordinate with Units of the Bank for collation of Operational Errors and update Bank's Operational Risk Database. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for lapses/ events

- Conduct trainings on a periodic basis to all Operations and Support units of the bank for implementation of Vendor Management Framework.
