Senior Manager/AVP - Non IT Procurement - Bank

There is an immediate opening for Senior Manager /AVP Non-IT Procurement based in Mumbai for a leading MNC bank.

Job Description:

- The position is part of the Strategic Procurement Unit and will support Pan India sourcing of Non-IT products and services

- Role requires strong collaboration with the key stakeholders to understand their requirement, support in identifying suitable vendors, float enquiry / RFP/ Tender, conduct negotiations and finalize rate contract.

- Ongoing basis review current spends / contract, identify opportunities and suggest innovative solution to optimize the TCO for each spend categories.

- Abreast himself with vendor and product market knowledge and understanding about the vendor market

- Interact with the internal stakeholders and work closely with them to identify areas of improvement

-Support finalization of various agreements related to the product and services sourced in consultation with the Business and Legal team

- Draft RFP documents, maintain records of the proposals / quotations, preparation of comparatives and recording savings

- Support roll-out of the systems & processes related to Procurement digitization

- Support discussion on contractual terms and finalization of various agreements related to the product and services sourced in consultation with the Business and Legal team

- Draft Tender /RFP /eRFP, prepare templates for technical and commercial evaluations and record savings

Key Skills:

- Person should have strong experience of 5-8 years in Strategic sourcing

- Graduate /Engineer/ Post Graduate with professional course in Supply Management will be preferred.

- Prior experience in Strategic Sourcing: Designing and conducting RFI, RFQ, RFP, Tendering, Reverse Auction, Supplier Evaluation

- Preferably have experience of working on Ariba e-Sourcing tool

- Demonstrate skill for identifying opportunities for cost management, Spend Analytics, Innovation and process improvisation
