JOB ROLE
The position is responsible for prospecting, selling & managing Wealth RMs of Banks and private wealth arms in the particular area, who are also into mutual funds
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
1) Responsible for driving Mutual Fund sales through PSU & Private banks across Mumbai.
2) Increase AUM, Net Sales, Market Share through Banks by maintaining Strong relationships across banking partners
3) To manage the Banking & Private Client Group relationships as a dedicated function, and service the relationship in all aspects
4) Leading & executing the Channel sales strategy along with a focus on growth in market share. Pursuing major prospects and leads in large negotiations & constructing appropriate terms of sales. Maximizing performance of channel partners by developing and launching effective distributor programs (including incentives, training, support) in order to drive incremental business
5) Designing the Channel policy, its product strategy, and the desired product mix for each of these accounts is a key responsibility
6) Overall responsible for the positioning of the brand in the entire segment of Banking in Mumbai.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE -
- MBA with minimum 10 - 12 years of work experience
- AMFI certification compulsory
- Should have an eye for detail.
- Strong communicational abilities and pleasing personality.
- Market knowledge / extensively networked.
- Database Management skills
- Reasonable Technical Expertise
- Ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.
- Candidate from Assets Management Company are only preferred.
