Qualifications :

- Business Graduate with an MBA preferred.

Work Experience (highlight) :

- 8+ years of working experience in Merchant banking / Investment Banking operations

Core Purpose of the Role:

- Processing of primary issuances (Commercials paper / Non-Convertible Debentures), Capital gain bonds, FDs, RBI Bonds, Gold Bonds etc.

- Processing of IPOs while acting as Lead Manager i.e., Co-ordination with Issuers / Other LMs / Dealers, assist in Bidding (From Lead manager perspective and from bidding perspective and final recon of data with RTA)

- Should have knowledge of Electronic Bidding platform, assist dealers and team in execution, bidding, and settlements through exchange.

- Preparation of Information Memorandum, Completion of Pre-issue and Post Issue formalities related to Private Placement issuances, CP issuances, IPOs etc.

- Documentation for Distributor Appointments
