Role Summary :

This is an individual contributor role. The position is responsible leading PR and communications initiatives for the Life Insurance Brand across key external and internal forums.

- Use PR and build a compelling narrative for the brand among relevant stakeholder groups.

- Work with the Marketing and Alliances teams to strengthen the brand within the Insure-tech, Fintech, E-commerce ecosystems and other key business partners.

- Leverage owned and earned media to create differentiated and relevant branding and communications that converts.

- Partner with internal stakeholders like HR, Technology, Investments etc., to drive awareness and participation for key initiatives both within and outside the business.

Work with global counterparts to develop best practices and run a class-leading communications for the brand.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Enhancing Brand Relevance and Visibility:

- Aggressively increase relevance and visibility of the Brand within the Insure-tech, Fintech, E-commerce ecosystems via thought-leadership, interviews and articles and event participation.

- Support our Alliances team to develop interest and convert potential engagements into sustainable partnerships.

- Responsible for creation of comms strategies to enable the cultivation strong relationships with the target audience, external partners, and key media outlets, which favorably positions the brand in the market.

- Develop and manage key touch points including but not limited to the partner facing website, LinkedIn pages, and oversee development of associated collateral including case-studies, info-graphics etc.

- Leverage customer insights to position the brand as an innovator in the insurance marketing space.

2. Product Marketing:

- Develop and drive PR campaigns that facilitate adoption of products among key customer groups i.e. business partners and consumers.

- Collaborate with SEO team to improve reach of marketing collaterals.

3.Customer Initiatives:

- Leverage marketing tools, owned channels, and consumer insights to enhance customer education in the life insurance category and drive preference for the brand.

- Develop an insights-based approach to communications, that is supported by a robust measurement framework.

- Socialize the results of marketing and PR efforts among internal and external stakeholders.

4. Content Creation:

- Oversee the creation business content; for example, newsletter, blogs, social influencers, annual reports, and other marketing collateral materials to ensure that all content put out by the brand, both in print and online, is edited to conform to the business's agenda and messaging.

5. Media Relations:

- Act as the point-person in conventional media interactions, such as newspaper interviews to ensure a positive portrayal of the business at all times.

- Exercise judgment in prioritizing media opportunities, making necessary coordination with appropriate persons in organizing and preparing presentations, speeches, talking points, and other external media relations materials.

- Actively engage, cultivate, and manages press relationships that ensure the coverage of programs, events, public announcements, in line with the overall marketing and communications strategy.

6.Stakeholder Management and Communications:

- Partner with internal stakeholders like HR, Technology, Investments etc., to drive awareness and participation for key

initiatives.

- Plan calendar and oversee relevant media training's for spokespersons.

- Work with global counterparts to develop best practices and run a class-leading communications for the brand.

- Maximize ROI with Agency partnerships
