- Our client is a new-age, education focused, technologically advanced NBFC that provides hyper-personalized education financing solutions for every deserving Indian student.
- They are looking to hire experienced learning & development (L&D) professional to head the L&D department and report to CHRO.
Role Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying the training needs across in coordination with the Organization.
- Analyzing the existing level of competencies of individual and developing training initiatives for improved productivity and quality enhancement.
- Design Training need Analysis and Training need identification form to identify and understand the training requirement.
- Design & implement training for all level of employees across all the branches pan India.
- Delivering induction and orientation to new employees.
- Design Training modules for various products and preparation of Monthly Annually Training Calendar.
- Implementing system & processes and deployment of company strategies in the market.
Key criteria to qualify for this job:
- Qualified Degree with proven record in delivering Training & Development Programme in NBFC OR BFSI OR related consulting firm.
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management experience.
- Solid interpersonal skills
