Senior Manager/AVP - Lead General Analytics

Job Description:

- Ability to handle team of 30-50 professionals spread across 8-9 sub-teams

- Expected to work in close collaboration with the EXL team and clients on transformation analytics projects for Utilities in Credit Collections

- Well versed with Data management and Governance

- Assist in learning and development of team members

- Take lead in Business development activities RFP/ POV/ POC

Key Responsibility:

- Strong ability to translate functional specifications/ requirement to technical requirements

- Complete understanding of current state of affairs and problem statement

- Experience in Data extraction and manipulation

- In-depth data analysis like identifying major trends, univariate and bivariate analysis

- Developing analytical solutions and models leveraging analytical tools SAS/R

- Process Automation

Profile:

- 9+ years of experience in Analytics

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Excellent in team management, client management and conflict management skills

- Model development experience in SAS/R

- Data analysis experience

- Should be able to lead multiple teams independently and manage client ready deliverables

Skills:

- Experience in SQL is must, Tableau is good to have, Bit of Modeler experience.
