Prospective candidates will have minimum 7 to 15 years + Experience in Risk Management & Process Structuring - Structuring the existing RMS Processes and implementing them for effective RMS functioning, Assessing &managing Risk for various set of clients in the Broking &Funding Department.

Job Description:

Main responsibilities included but not limited to:

1. Risk Management & Process Structuring - Structuring the existing RMS Processes and implementing them for effective RMS functioning. Assessing &managing Risk for various set of clients in the Broking &Funding Department.

2. Introduction of new Trading Platforms - Conceptualization and execution of new Trading platform and scrutinization of the existing ones

3. Intra-team development - Ensuring effective communication and co-ordination in intra-team of Company such as Business, IT, Compliance and Operations for meeting business goals

4. Team Nurturing - leading the team, honing their skill-sets and helping them to move up the next level.

5. Product Development - Developing new Risk Products depending on the client needs & interest

6. Management Reporting - Preparation of Reports & MIS to be sent to Top Management on the analysis on book value, scenario analysis, etc.

7. Impact Analysis - Conducting an Impact Analysis on individual client portfolio depending on the domestic & international economic environment

8. Advisory - Co-ordinating with our software developers for new products / features on our Web Portal and consequently drafting an action to be jointly implemented by the developers & our internal teams.

9. Training & Development- Training the team members &giving presentations to our branches & franchises on our existing products thereby honouring their individual needs

Required Skills/Abilities:
