Senior Manager/AVP - Innovation - Life Insurance Firm

- To foster innovation by experimenting / exploring with Fintechs/ Innovation HUBs/ Market research/ competitor analysis etc.

- Identity use cases which can contribute in achieving the business objectives in medium term and long term.

- Identify innovative ways to enhance productivity / NPS scores / capacity creation / achieve scalability/ consistency, TAT reduction, manual dependency. Enhance Customer / Distributor/ Employee experience.

- 3+ years experience in digital transformation

- MBA (Preferably from Tier 1) and B.Tech / B.E

- Excellent Understanding of software development life cycle.

- Communicate and facilitate discussions within organisation to identify opportunities of improvements , discover new ideas & innovate.

- Conduct POCs with the Fintechs and emerging techs and ensure smooth transition from concept to implementation to adoption and BAU.

- Willing to work on new technologies and conduct experiments/ POCs.

- Collaborate continuously to stay one step ahead of the organization's competition in terms of productivity, innovation, and dynamism.
