Job Specs:
- This role mainly supports the HR leadership team in defining the HR roadmap for the organisation,specifying and documenting corporate level strategies and getting them executed.
- This role would be responsible for forecasting Human Resource Requirements, execute best practices in HR, thinking beyond day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic inputs to help leadership on the development of appropriate HR policies across the Bank, Assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the banks senior management .
- Research Best HR practices to enable best design of policies
- Play a central role in conjuction with the HR leadership in forward planning and strategy ; Benchmark and rationalise terms of employment, compensation and benefit.
- Post Graduate Diploma from a Premier institue / Excellent Communication skills / Good interpersonal skills
