This role will be supporting the Global Recruiting team. Teams will be based in Pune &amp; US Responsibilities : 1. Requisition raising - Involve in raising the Requisition, updating JD, working on tools/ system to update the Requisition/ Position requirements. 2. Manage Interviews - Well versed in scheduling/ managing the interviews and ensuring best in class experience to all candidates . 3. Pre-Boarding Activities / On boarding activities - Well versed all onboarding activities . Requirement Details: 1) Experience working with Banking/ Financial Services / Consulting Firm 2) HR operations of minimum 10 years 3) Shift timing : America, UK, EMEA, APAC shift [ Candidate should be open for shifts] 4 ) Overall Experience - 10 -14 Years 5) Experience into managing 5-10 people team. - At least 3 years of team handling experience along with experience in working across shifts
