Role Summary:
As an HR Digitization Specialist, you will play an important role in shaping the digital HR landscape and streamlining operations for maximum efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital HR Strategy Development and Implementation - a commitment to simplify HR processes through digital transformation and simplification.
- HR Technology Adoption - Harnessing the technology to enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success.
- Implement SAP SuccessFactors.
- Design and Implement HR Chat BOT.
- HR Systems Evaluation and Integration.
- Process Streamlining and Standardization.
- HR Analytics and Data Management.
- Closing working with HR Business Partners and HR COEs to lead HR Digitalization journey.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Fulltime MBA (HR) with a minimum of 9 years of post-qualification experience in HR Digitization preferably in NBFC/BFSI/Financial Services sectors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
