- Manpower Planning & custodian of budget Vs actual manpower annual & monthly.
- Handle end to end recruitment process from sourcing till on-boarding.
- Managing channels i.e Consultants,Portals, Campus, internal databank.
- Maintaining Recruitment Tracker and dashboards.
Employee On-Boarding, Induction & Training
- Ensure smooth On-boarding of new hires
- Planning & organizing induction & Orientation programs.
- Facilitation & handholding to new hires on KRA, workspace allocation, system, CUG & ID cards.
- Conducting Monthly Induction for all the New Joinee's with self-taking sessions on Corporate Overview and HR policies.
- Imparting HR training Sessions & giving refresher sessions
Talent Management
- Handling disciplinary issues & legal cases
- Rolled out Performance Management process through smart KRA 's and PMS Score
- Strategic initiatives to reduce attrition like Midyear promotions through career development program and career progression
- Participation in expansion and manpower readiness
- Reaching out to branches to address concerns of employees
- Responsible for exit interviews, sending relieving letters & Full & Final Settlement of employees
