Job Profile:
- HR Analytics and System Development
- Possesses full technical knowledge and considers the HR Analytics implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
- Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on a periodic/quarterly/annual basis
- Rich experience in HRIS Software's like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc. - Critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, attention to details and creative
- HRMIS Implementation & Management
- Work closely with departmental stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors in the definition, testing, training, implementation of the HRMS. - Design and development of process flow for HRMIS implementation
- HR Automation
- HR payroll
