YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - Leveraging strong Health Insurance / Employee benefits and market knowledge to formulate business strategies aimed at creating innovative products for Healthcare Insurance Analytics vertical. - Participate in the Employee Benefits (EB) Healthcare Insurance Analytics forums and provide wonderful ideas on prospective Healthcare Analytics solutions related to Benefit Benchmarking, Claims Analytics, Fraud Analytics, ROI Analytics, Forecasting Risks, Healthcare costs, etc. - Developing and growing the company's EB Healthcare Insurance Analytics vertical by identifying ground-breaking products and selling these products to new and existing clients. - Business Development - Pitch EB Healthcare Insurance Analytics offerings to both new and existing clients, engage and close deals to achieve your Sales target. - Researching and consulting with internal stakeholders to create a wealth of repository material of EB Healthcare Insurance Analytics tools like whitepapers, brochures or any other marketing collateral to help sell EB Healthcare -Analytics offerings. - Team management - Develop the company's EB Healthcare Insurance Analytics vertical by mentoring and coaching the team in developing and using tools effectively to meet to the vertical's targets. ARE YOU SOMEONE WITH? - A graduate or post graduate in Management or Engineering with total experience between 10 to 12 years in the field of Health Insurance in Employee benefits domain for a global consulting or Insurance broking firm. - Prior experience in building the capabilities of a vertical from scratch and exposure in data analytics tools like SQL, SAS, R & SPSS . - Tenured professional with extensive knowledge of regulatory norms & benefit packages in employee benefits across major geographies would be preferred. - Expertise in working on large, diverse and complex data sets with strong quantitative & analytical background.
