Organisation: Tier I software development company

Role: Lead-Global leadership hiring (Europe)

Responsibilities:

- Work with organizational alignment and segment HR leaders to plan and sequence leadership moves, and understand competencies required in our new generation leaders.

- Work directly with senior level management on high-level leadership requisitions. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing mandates with top talent. This position demands a balance of creativity, drive, and interpersonal savvy.

- Create and implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.

- Build relationships with strong leadership talent in the marketplace. Source passive candidates through networking and direct sourcing.

- Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.

- Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
