Position - Sr Manager /AVP - Fraud Investigation Location - Goregaon Exp - 7-10 Years Compensation - 10- 20 Lacs Responsible to conduct independent Investigation &amp; review of Appraisal &amp; Assessment process for various Credit facilities sanctioned to Corporate/SME loans. Detect process gaps at pre-sanction stages. Conduct investigation on the borrower accounts with a specific focus on sanction process, documentation etc. Responsibilities - Conduct independent review of pre-sanction process, involved in sanction of Credit facility in lines with prudent credit practices. - Review risk rating of borrower - Ensure that the credit proposal abides to Bank's extant guidelines, Credit Policy &amp; Regulatory guidelines - Verify compliance as per the terms of sanction - Detect Early Warning Signals. KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: - Must have background in corporate banking as well as capital market/treasury spaces - Should have a good understanding of business strategy, plan, products, processes, performance, risks issues and communication of these to Audit Management via risk-based assessment - Excellent presentation skills and the development of related materials - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong organizational and prioritizing skills - Ability to influence business partners in addressing control issues and business practices - Ability to work in a unstructured environment and handle a variety of audit assignments simultaneously - Ability to work with concepts and work independently - Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuations
