Senior Manager/AVP - Finance & Accounts - NBFC

Position: Senior Manager / AVP - Finance & Accounts

Location : Mumbai (Looking for candidates from Mumbai only)

Role & Responsibilities

Accounts

- Timely preparation statutory books of accounts, financial statements, Notes to Accounts and annual reports including subsidiary company on quarterly and end of the year, ensuring conformance to regulatory accounting standards.

- Oversee accounting team & ensure timely posting of all transactions.

- Ensuring the compliance with the statutory liabilities.

- Ensuring VAT/WCT compliances.

- Ensuring Advance Tax/TDS /Service tax /Income Tax Compliances. Ensuring timely filing of returns as per the relevant acts & interfacing with Tax Auditors and regulatory authorities for assessments and remittances.

- Dealing with external bodies including Service Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory bodies.

- Reviewing collections from customers and its reconciliation with marketing team.

- Ascertaining the fund requirements after careful analysis of budget and plans disbursement based on functional requirements.

- Preparing funds flow and cash flow statements to monitor the inflow & outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of corporate goals.
