Hiring for a Financial Organisations

Location: Mumbai

Grade available: Sr Manager, AVP & DVP

Responsibilities:

- Manages and has direct accountability for critical Home Loan Operations processes including processes with regulatory and control impact.

- Works closely with upper management in business, credit, RIC and operations to define strategic roadmaps and drives execution.

- Carrying out the roles defined in Operational Risk Management policy as a last line of defense.

- Nil Operational Errors and Financial Loss.

- To contribute effectively towards process efficiency, digitalization of process and cost saving.

- Achieve cost reduction of at least 25% on the Cost per Unit or Cost per Transaction.

- Tracking TAT and FTNR of Processes in Home Loan Operations.

- To regularly interact with the empaneled vendors, create awareness of bank's policy / process and ensure same is followed.
