Senior Manager/AVP - Digital Transformation - Finance Domain

Our client is a renowned name in accounting and financial consulting domain having a niche for hospitality sector. They are keen to hire a professional in their finance transformation team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Drive process optimization, automation and improve effectiveness and efficiencies.

- Understand business needs and showcase them via data models to devise solutions.

- Lead finance digital transformation - inducting tools like Power BI, MS Access, MS Projects.

- Responsible to transform overall organization processes related to finance functions and take transformation initiatives.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- B. Tech / M. Tech, MCA, Chartered Accountants or MBA with min 10 years' experience.

- Experience in project management, change, digitization & process transformation.

- Exposure to visualization tools like power BI, Oracle etc.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
