Role:

The incumbent will lead the Business Development(BD), relationship management, deal generation/origination to deal execution for the debt structuring, structured finance, M&A, PE, Cross-border deals of the Investment Bank/advisory

Skills required :

Looking for deal origination & execution of financial modeling, deal evaluation, fundraising, deal origination exp. in debt syndication, structured finance, debt structuring or large corporates management, large deal management or large M&A & cross-border transactions
