Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with leadership team and develop process road maps, blueprints and undertake implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Ensure robust frameworks are developed and maintain transparency and accountability for all strategic changes.
- Regularly interact with senior stakeholder and support in decision making and identify opportunities to build business.
- Address challenges and roadblocks on strategic imperatives.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- MBA with 9-15 years' experience in quality, operations & strategy.
- Hands on with project management & presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate thoughts with a strategic mindset.
- Certification in six sigma will be an added advantage.
