The organization is the Philanthropic arm of a Big Conglomerate which was established with a vision to empower communities by creating multiple opportunities for the underprivileged by promoting inclusive growth which is holistic, sustainable and socially uplifting.
The role is to support Top Leadership:
- Work closely with the Leadership Team, to help build and manage an effective and efficient organization.
- Assist with prioritizing and balancing workflow by successfully understanding dependencies and relationships.
- Work on special projects as needed. May include creating presentations for the team, conducting basic research and analysis of data to respond to requests.
- Help the Leadership define the strategic direction but also bring execution rhythm and excellence.
- Bring a systematic approach to help manage our rapid growth by building relevant planning models, in-depth tracking frameworks and solving for select business problems
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to run select strategic projects and special initiatives
- Work to manage key stakeholders and develop collateral for strategic partnerships, key stakeholder meets, etc.
Key Requirements :
- An inclination to work in the Social Sector / Looking for meaningful work that makes a difference to the lives of underprivileged
- Be driven by complex problems and great learning opportunities
- An MBA / Engg with 7-10 years of experience in consulting or strategy role
- Bring strong planning, structured thinking and stakeholder management skills
