The Role would be responsible for managing the Reward Agenda for assigned business vertical of the Bank.
Job Responsibilities include -
- Create job sizing framework for respective businesses. Actively organize sessions with the business heads to come to an agreement on job size
- Coaching HRBPs with respect to job sizing as and when required
- Responsible for salary offers and fitments for respective businesses
- Stakeholder Engagement : Responsible for setting up and having periodic calls with all key stakeholders i.e. HRBPs of respective verticals and have a deeper understanding of business realities and ensure alignment with the same
- To coach key stakeholders on Reward concepts and prudent decision making in the domain of compensation and benefits.
- Responsible for all Reward Analytics for the concerned verticals and provide visibility on key indicators like attrition, hires and exits, compensation benchmarks, etc. to stakeholders.
- Responsible for managing Performance Linked Pay plans of the concerned verticals and governance of the same
- Participate in market compensation and benefit surveys, interpret results and lead engagements with respect to job matching, market mapping and analyzing market positioning of every employee
- Recommend competitive reward practices for each business vertical
- Anchoring the performance management process from a C&B standpoint - as custodian of final ratings status
- Anchoring the annual salary review and promotions across the Bank pertaining to the respective business vertical
- Responsible for the annual bonus rollout of the Bank pertaining to respective business verticals
Responsible for gaining market intelligence pertaining to the following:
- Salary Trends among the peer group pertaining to the verticals
- Business structure for the peer group pertaining to the Verticals.
- Compensation practices in competitor organizations
- Analysis of hiring trends in the Verticals space from competitor organizations.
