Looking for AVP Collection MIS/Dashboard - Unsecured Lending Business, Foreign Bank, Mumbai

Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

Job Purpose:

Prepare management dashboards & MIS for in-country and region to ensure appropriate in-depth tracking of Retail portfolio for the agency at product and bucket level.

Fulfil all responsibilities in relation to:

- Coordination with respective segment Heads in order to provide data as well as to ensure better resolutions

- Monitoring portfolio performance of delinquent accounts assigned to DCA

- Publishing weekly, monthly MIS to stakeholders and regional team

- Preparing review decks for region and stakeholders

Job Duties & responsibilities:

- Manage credit portfolio quality and ensure timely identification of early warning signals to take appropriate actions.

- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and updated database of related business and credit information/ monitoring indicators to allow correct business decisions made on a timely basis (e.g. secured and unsecured positions).

- Work with RMs for investigating real causes of the signals, analyzing consequences of the credit events, and taking necessary monitoring or remedial actions.

- Conduct Stress Tests to evaluate the impact of various real and assumed adverse conditions on the portfolio.

- Prepare periodical portfolio reports based on various categories, types and RAC with analysis of account overview, trend and performance.

- Analysing the data and Implementing different collection strategies

- Automation and Enhancement of existing MIS reports

- Pro-actively developing new dashboard which can help department head drive their function

- Development of new reports as per the requirements and increase the usability of new and existing reports

- Processing adhoc request in a timely manner and checking whether existing reports can serve the adhoc purpose

- Preparing Collection Deck having various portfolio & collection cuts

- Publishing weekly, monthly MIS and PPTs to stakeholders and regional team

- Projection, budgeting for collection costs

- Forecast of NPA & Provisioning

- Design incentive, payout structure for DCA's to enhance performance

- Resource planning for collection process

- Track performance of outsourced collection process and engage with collection agencies

Required Experience:

- At least 10 years of total experience in the relevant field

Education / Preferred Qualification: Graduation/PG degree with technical skills

Core Competencies:

- Banking or NBFC domain knowledge

- Good analysis & evaluation skills

- Good communication & presentation skills

- Good problem solving, planning & organizing skills

- Good team player or able to work individual

Technical Competencies:

Hands on Knowledge of Microsoft products like Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word

Technical skill in SQL language
