Position Purpose :

Sourcing NTB working capital finance customer through a mix of Bank branches and open market.

Position Responsibilities:

Sr. Key Responsibilities

1 New client acquisition for working capital finance through bank branches, Insignia & TFX team.

2 Responsible for WCF NTB acquisition in the assigned cluster by creating synergies with the branches and open market.

3 Responsible for profitability, revenue and RM's & Self productivity.

4 Close coordination with Credit/Legal/Technical /Ops team

5 Maintaining end to end relationship with client i.e. from sourcing to disbursement, servicing, renewal, enhancement with due internal and market compliance individually and through the team.

6. Responsible for credit management and hygiene items viz. deferral closure, stock statements, stock insurance compliance, renewals etc on time.

7 Ensuring quality of portfolio and be on a constant look out for stress signs in the client operations/activity and end to end involvement in addressing it.

8 Cross sale of Insurance & TFX products.

Qualifications:

Essential Graduate/ PG

Experience

Essential Minimum 3-4 years - experience in working capital finance
