- The primary responsibility for the position is to manage about 100-150 people, along with the operational systems, processes and policies in tandem to the organization's mission-specifically, support better management reporting, business process &amp; organization planning. - Oversee forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, Operational goals, Attrition, Employee Engagement, Staff Management &amp; business planning. Role &amp; Responsibilities: Strategy and Tactics :&nbsp; - Working closely with the Head of Client Relations and the COO, define Retention and Growth strategies within this high-volume customer segment - Working with the Enterprise Business Transformation Team, identify methods to assess Risk within the customer segment; consider existing metrics and possible automation - Determine appropriate Relationship Management techniques to maximize coverage - Design process for leveraging the Voice of the Customer program; advocate for the - Client Perspective- share client requirements across Sales, Client Service, Operations, etc. Management Reporting :&nbsp; - Prepare an Annual Strategic Plan to be shared with senior leadership that includes - Growth potential and strategies - Risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies - Relationship Management process - Voice of the Customer process and plan -&nbsp; Prepare and deliver a quarterly Business Results Review to highlight accomplishments and KPIs - Support Head of Client Relations in preparing monthly results presentation for the Executive Committee Skills : 1.
