- Brand managing, new entity/ product launch and assisting the senior management efficiently in various on-going projects related to business development., media manager, market research, media planning, Marketing Strategy, P&L Management.
- Consumer Insight: Looking after all pre-launch processes involving analyzing weekly numbers & providing strategic inputs, handling programming strategy / promo & content planning, tracking competition & environment activities, managing FPC planning (weekly, monthly & annual) and facilitating contextual inputs to content & concepts as per brand guidelines-
- Assessing the brand activation and budget consumption of advertiser. Actively involved in insight mining from data to give directions to Sales Team with a key focus on revenue maximization. Overseeing all operations / processes related to budget tracking & launch calendar.
- Evaluation and Selection of Content Partners and defining Go-to-Market strategy. Analysing consumer insights & concepts and ascertaining the targeted trade partner is, how best to reach them and going - on-air- in most cost-effective & flexible manner
