We are looking for dynamic business development professional who would be responsible for building strategic alliances with key stakeholders in Lifesciences organizations and fulfilling key business functions of achieving optimal occupancy of its single-/multi-tenanted Lifesciences infrastructure project in Bengaluru.

Primary Responsivities:

1. Lead front-end leasing for lab spaces (both warm-shell and fitted-out) and rented factories (builtto-suit).

2. Formulate leasing strategy and develop comprehensive leasing plans for Lifesciences real estate based on market intelligence/enquiries.

3. Carry out substantive business development activities to acquire new leads, build customised proposals and pitches towards securing leasing deals.

4. Maintain a strong leasing pipeline for the entire portfolio in Lifesciences real estate (lab spaces, rented factories, incubators, etc.)

5. Establish corporate relationships with key decision-makers across various Lifesciences organizations, International Property Consultants (IPCs) and consultants.

6. Conduct location studies to identify potential development opportunities.

7. Work with the management team on opportunities to expand the real estate portfolio to new locations.

8. Feasibility studies for product expansion, pricing, rental estimation studies and market trend analysis.

9. Drive online/offline/on-site marketing activities for leasing in close association with the corporate marketing team.

10. Prepare periodic leasing reports, ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, performance review and feedback to the stake holders.

11. Manage end-to-end client onboarding process. Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements and completion of lease documentation for closures and renewals/expansion with respect to the client's space requirements.

12. Effectively creating and managing a team responsible for the target territory and project.
