We are looking for Corporatae sales - Business Development professional with strong 3+years of relevant experience in B2B General insurance.
Role :
- As an Sr. Manager/AVP you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing the sales
- New Business and broker network, developing a deep understanding of the market, and creating strategies to provide innovative insurance products and services to the clients.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Insurance Broking / General Insurance/TPA with relevant experience in a Corporate/ Direct sales role
- Strong understanding of the insurance market landscape, including competitors and regulatory requirements
- Certifications such as IRDAI, III, and CII will be preferred
- Excellent knowledge of insurance products, especially Non-Life /Non Motor insurance such as Group Health, Property, Marine, etc.
- Prior experience in managing a sales and broker network and a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
