Senior Manager / AVP - B2B Sales - Life Insurance
- Business Development: Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and offer tailored life insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to effectively position our life insurance products and services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the B2B segment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, actuarial, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of client solutions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Client Education: Educate clients on the value of life insurance coverage for their employees and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, demonstrate professionalism, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
