Designation: Sr. Manager/ AVP Sales New Markets

Location Mumbai- Andheri (Work from office)
Exp - 8 - 12 yrs.
Roles & Responsibilities -
1) New Market hunting for products like Tele Doc , Tele Consult , Tele Medical .
2) Corporate Sales , Strategic Tie-ups , International insurance market hunt
3) Interacting with the Insurer's.
4) Worked on the strategic Alliances would be an added advantage.
5) Will be playing an individual Contributor role.
6) Managing the process and tech development for the product and client need
7) Owning the entire new product unit ( sales , process , tech , delivery ) with help of support team/ department
8) Manage market price points and other business metrics viz. sales, product pricing, cost of acquisition, product utilization, resource plan/ productivity, etc.
9) Work closely on Product Development Team and IT Team to help evolve the product and target new market opportunities
10) The position would require travel across market
Prior Work Experience -
1) Prior B2B Experience, GO Getter , New Acquisition and Hunter
2) Experience in new business development & farming of existing business
3) Individuals from Health insurance, corporate brokers, TPA and Health/Wellness industries would be preferred
4) Excellent communication, negotiation skills & influencing skills
