Senior Manager / AVP

Key Job Areas :

- Act as Subject Matter Expert in Statistical Model Development directly with CEO & Head business units to deliver high quality output.

- Sees the 'bigger picture' and assesses relationships between recommended analytical solutions / projects and business performance.

- Will be responsible for delivery of high quality analytical and benchmarking solutions

- Accountable for the full project cycle of analytical and modeling projects, which includes developing detailed modeling and analysis requirements, performing advanced statistical techniques and creation of models including predictive scorecards, coordinating analytical resources, and ensuring that deliverables are in accordance with expectations and business needs.

- Monitor and review of all projects with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of projects.

Education and Experience :

- Post-Graduation

- 6 -10 years of progressive experience managing and playing a major role in the areas of Analytics

- Experience in the study of business data using statistical analysis in order to discover and understand historical patterns with an eye to predicting and improving business performance

- Proficiency in SAS projects, analytical, banking, modeling, project management

- Knowledge of implementation and of analytical solutions like score cards, segmentation etc

- Assure compliance of regulatory and privacy issues during implementation of modeling and analysis projects
