Sr. Analytics(SM-AVP) - Customer Experience - BANK

Purpose of the role:- Leverage advance analytics techniques to map customer behaviors
- Able to understand business perspective and proactively identify solutions with business problem of ensuring best customer experience
- Performs complex analytics/design and works autonomously, with little or no guidance
- Mentor team members to deliver projects efficiently
- Manages internal processes necessary for successful project implementation
- Performs research needed to execute projects
- Work with cross functional stakeholders to increase adaption of analytics in decision making
Scope of role:- Train, develop and supervise junior resources in the team
- Provide data driven solutions to improve customer experience
- Identify opportunities and intervention areas for improving customer experience
- Ability to understand complex business problems,
- Collecting, pulling and preparing data, building statistical / ML models using Python
- Generating insights to synthesize a complete, cohesive picture
- Communicate the context and value of data analysis and models to stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies
Desired Candidate profile:The desired candidate must have:
- 2-4/ 6+ years of related experience
- MBA or Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics etc.
- B.Tech or bachelor's in Computer science or any other stream
Preferred Skills:- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Predictive modeling skills , both traditional and ML techniques
- Knowledge of SAS/Python/R
