Senior Manager/AVP - Administration & Facilities/Premises/Property Management

We are searching for Dynamic Premises Manager to manage highly secured and vibrant property where in 2500+ professionals are working .

Educational Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Electrical & MBA from recognised University

Location : Mumbai

Role Purpose : Ensuring 24-7 electricity , Air condition ,water ,sanitation , health and safety of everyone .

Job description:

To look after overall premises management such as Housekeeping, hygiene & sanitation, Annual Maintenance contracts in respect to Lifts, Air-conditioning, Electrical maintenance, Mechanical, Plumbing, repairs & maintenance & water Management.

- Waste Management - Disposal of Wet & Dry Garbage through competent agencies.

- Project Management - Renovation & Refurbishment of Offices.

- Cafeteria Management: Check the quality of food &beverages served in Cafeteria & Menu planning.

- Pantry Management: Ensure highest standards of Pantry Service in terms of Hygiene and quality of Food & Beverages served by Pantry boys.

- Liaison with various Govt. agencies such as BMC, RTO, PWD, Pollution Control Board, Food Safety & Hygiene department etc.

- Manage travel arrangements such Flight bookings, Hotel bookings, Forex, Visa, Hired Car bookings etc.

- Despatch Management - Inward / outward Courier, Postal Management.

- Corporate tie up with Telecom Vendors for providing Sim Cards & activation.

- Handling of Telecommunication systems.

- Stationery management

- Procurement of Office equipments.

- Contract labour management

- Ensure compliances in respect to Premises & contract labour

- Prepare & monitor the Annual budget for HO & other sites.

- Purchase / Leasing of properties.

- Event management.
