Senior Manager/AVP - Accounts & Finance

Finance & Accounts :

- Implement accounting policies and procedures considering statutory as well and IT requirements, reinforcing and embedding strong control framework around current processes.

- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycle for AMC financials

- Manage external and internal auditors for audit clearance and compliance

- Coordination and assimilation of data for annual budgeting exercise

- Generating various MIS reports for top management and Promoters

- To provide support to Management for various decision making process like pricing, what if analysis Corporate budgeting, Variance analysis, valuation and Cost report.

- System enhancements / update for financial reporting to meet new accounting / regulatory pronouncements.

Taxation :

- Responsible for ensuring taxation & statutory compliances including Tax Filings, assessments and regulatory reporting's.

- Liaise with auditors for Tax Auditors and consultants on various Direct and Indirect tax matter

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 year experience in Mutual Fund Industry.

- Financial Accounting Standards and Practices

- Expert knowledge Tax Laws(Both Direct & Indirect) and Tax Planning Skills.

- Conversant with SEBI mutual Fund regulation and MF industry.

- Working knowledge IFC and Internal Controls

- Hands on in MS office with working knowledge on ERP

- Team Player and co-ordinator

- Effective Communication and Analytical Skills
