Looking for Senior Manager - Audit for an upcoming Small Finance Bank for Chandigarh Location.  - Completion of audits as per the scheduled plan and for the quarter.  - Completion of planned & allocated pre-audit exercise as per plan (Cumulative) vis-a-vis No. of completed audits as per plan (Cumulative)   - No of qualitative reports submitted on time for review and publishing at Audit HO.  - Quality of interaction with Customers and Auditee in extracting data /information required for smooth completion of audit.  - Proactive flagging of process likely to result in fraud and revenue loss.  - Concluding the audits with appropriate and conclusive discussion with the Auditee's to ensure no disputes on the audit scores   - Ensuring submission of special audit report in case of deviation noticed during the course of audit.  - Timely submission of TA bills.  - Suggest for process improvement based on field audit experience.  - Hand-holding/on the job training to new joinee.  - Participation in thematic audit /pre branch opening audit and timely submission of reports  - Participate and present in monthly review meeting conducted with ICAF and Business teams at least twice a year.  - Identify areas related to operations for training, inform the same to the Regional Head to arrange for the training.
