Senior Manager - Audit Firm - CA

Our client is a well reputed Audit Firm in the UAE in practice for around 25 years. They have over 500 clients and a staff strength of 20+ with 4 Management level staff. The Firm is a part of European network of Auditors and Consultants. The Firm is recognized by the leading banks and Free Zones in the UAE.

Presently, we are looking for a Senior Manager, to take up lead in managing and growing the business practice.

Key Responsibility Areas of the role are :

1. To manage and develop client relationships - Our client has more than 400 corporate clients in the ME. The Senior Manager will be responsible to serve them with a team of Auditors.

2. To oversee work of Junior Auditors, and ensure quality service is delivered maintaining credibility and reputation of the Firm.

3. To tap new business opportunities in the region and expand the operations in different territories by setting up the branches.

4. To manage the office operations on an ongoing basis.

Ideal Candidate :

1. Ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant having worked with Big 4 or the next Tier 2 audit firms.

2. He should have around 15+ years of progressive experience, reaching management level in a professional Audit firm. The candidate must be working at the Supervisory / Managerial capacity dealing with clients, auditors and carrying out file reviews.
