Responsibilities:
(A) General Accountability
- Play a role of team lead.
- Review the work done by the team members and coordinate with them
- Constantly monitor progress of the engagement .
- Demonstrate quality of people leader and to also manage a team in terms of staffing, appraisals etc.
- Actively involves training, coaching and mentoring the team
- Liaise with consultants for outsourced engagements and constantly monitor its progress
- Monitor the work performed by concurrent auditors and report the outcome to the Senior Manager
- Periodically update Senior Manager on the status of various engagements performed by the Department
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge
- Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge
- Possess knowledge of Analytics and its usage in Internal Audit.
