Job Description for Recovery Team , Location - Hyderabad

a) Responsible for handling recovery from Non Performing Accounts of Corporate Segment (mortgage loans) including handling of other stressed accounts as may be assigned.

b) To work in coordination with related business teams to develop and implement account specific recovery strategy for corporate NPAs after approval as may be required.

c) Initiation and monitoring of the process of litigation in tune with the strategies developed for each account.

d) To support and maintain close association with business for specific stressed accounts wherein there are chances of settlements, restructuring or strategic exit.

e) To attend the NCLT/DRT/HC/CMM courts and other important legal matters with our appointed advocate to have first-hand information of the ongoing process and expeditious resolution. Also to maintain relations with Advocates, DRT and other related departments including other banks in consortium or other lenders.

f) To maintain the legal database upto date so as to ease monitoring of cases at CO.

g) To assist developing forecast for recovery and to ensure to achieve their respective targets / KRA.

h) To attend Committee of Creditors / Consortium / Lenders meeting, if needed jointly with business or individually.

i) Analytical support for accessing the accounts for classification as Non Cooperative Borrower / Red Flag Account / Willful defaulter and handle related approval / reporting process.

j) handling a recovery team of across various locations in southern states.

Educational Qualification - MBA

Technical Knowledge - Experience of handling SME/corporate loan accounts.

- Must have comprehensive credit knowledge

- Should be conversant with respect to Non-Performing Assets (NPA) / Restructuring and other legal aspects of recoveries from stressed assets.

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Grade commensurate to experience
