Location : Gurgaon
CTC : 22lac to 35lac ; depending upon current CTC, experience, education, interview status etc.

Purpose of the Role
As a Senior Manager your role will be to help to unlock our expertise through developing the procedures and protocol needed to design, execute and deliver research &analytics projects based on CLIENT's own and external data sources predominantly in Social and Digital Media Intelligence space
Key Activities :
The responsibilities of the Sr, Manager / Associate Director are to work on clients- digital research projects from needs assessment through analysis delivery as well as mentoring Research Associates in future. In addition, he/she will work closely with technical implementation, data collection, and analytics teams, to deliver top notch research solutions to our clients.Responsible for overseeing successful implementation of Social & Digital projects (from start to finish).
- This includes, but is not limited to recommending the ideal project design and methodology based on a client's marketing startgeies in the digital area .Drafting survey questionnaires & Leading client/ad ops through step by step implementation process of projects.
- Produces and presents client deliverables, including reports and presentations, using MS PowerPoint and Excel. Is able to transform data and - tell a story- with it
- Project monitoring and project execution together with the SMI and DMI teams in Region / global on Social media projects .Project archiving and norms building ultimately contribution to Thought Leadership projects
- Responsible for external data assets partnerships for Big Data Analytics in Digital Space
- CLIENT identifies Telecom (OEM, Mobile Operators) as a big business opportunity. An understanding of telecom industry would be preferred.

- (Key) Account Director, Account Manager, Product Group Heads
Technical skills required :
- Must have a background in digital on the research side.
- Telecom industry knowledge is preffered
- Knowledge of the digital and social media market especially ad effectiveness
- Advanced knowledge in digital research methods including data collection and extrapolation
- Strong in project management and project documentation
- High level of English language, written and spoken and excellent communication skills
- Expert knowledge in MS Office (Excel VBA, Access) a plus
Typical Education and Work Experience required :
- 6 to 15 years work experience in market research / social media company
- Master degree
- Practical experience in Panel Operations, Marketing Sciences
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Experience in Project Management and Project Management tools
- Ability to understand client's business questions, to design integrated solutions from multiple sources
- Ability to work in a local and global business environment
- Ideally experienced in running complex projects in Market Research Ops departments or units
- Appetite for working directly with clients
