Senior Manager/Associate Director - Sales & Business Development - Software Based Logistic Startup - IIM/MDI/ISB

Job Location: Mumbai

Company Profile: Software based Logistic startup.

Span of control : Need to build his own team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Working with Product and Engineering team to develop the products which can fulfill the client needs

- Work with Pricing, Operations and Finance team to ensure service delivery to customers

- Proactively building trusted client relationships - maintain a portfolio of active and growing customers

- Generate creative ideas on customer acquisition and products/services

- Maintain a high level of professionalism in client engagement and internal stakeholder management and other business conduct

- Drive continuous improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase the consistency of systems and processes

- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions

- Requisites / Prerequisites:

- B Tech/MBA from Premier B-School or Tier 1/2 Universities

- Min 4-6 years of experience in Business Development in any industry (B2B preferred)

- Good analytical skills and ability to assess client needs

- Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly to new environment

-Looking for someone from SaaS or Logistics SaaS company/ Entrepreneurial / start up background.

-He/She would be setting up the entire thing from scratch
