An Education industry has embarked on a major digital transformation journey, which will spawn multiple projects in fields of process and digital which will play a key role in providing the requisite experience to all the stakeholders and drive its strategic objectives of research, teaching, and business functions.

The jobholder as Sr. Manager / Associate Director, will play a pivotal role in creating a first of its kind center of excellence at Education industry to lead the project management across various departments at the school.

The incumbent will be responsible for successful delivery of the projects.

KRAs :

- PMO management - define, develop, manage and continually improve the Transformation Program Management Office and services using the appropriate frameworks and methodologies, to ensure the effective delivery and control of the Transformation programs.

- Planning expertise - manage the development, on-going review and monitoring of the overall detailed program plan and to ensure executive team and senior management have visibility of any conflicts, risks and issues, including mitigation/resolution, that may impact on program delivery.

- Governance - establish and maintain governance arrangements for the delivery of the Transformation program, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities that align with corporate and portfolio governance practice.

- Quality management and assurance - establish and manage a schedule of governance gateways and quality reviews at appropriate points, to ensure and assure the required quality standards are consistently delivered.

- Management reporting - develop and manage the effective delivery of the program reporting and meeting cadence

- Risk, issue and dependency management - work with relevant stakeholders to identify, manage and track risks, issues and interdependencies

- Provide visibility to senior management on the status of interdependencies and any impact to the delivery of the program.

- Establish the Business Process management Services unit by establishing the framework for process designing and standardization across all functions

- Identify automation opportunities across processes and deploy requisite solutions to achieve efficiencies

- Continually innovate on the processes using all tools like Lean, Six Sigma etc to improve current state and achieve new benchmarks in standards of performance

- Ready the organisation for ISO certification level
