Our client is one of the prestigious global analytics company and this position is based out Gurgaon.

Role & Responsibilities at job:

Requirement

- Knowledge of reporting in pharma across various areas like brand reporting, field force reporting and patient analytics.

- Worked across multiple therapy areas

- Ability to consult with relevant KPIs with the knowledge of their underlying formulae. S/he should also be able to identify the correct KPIs to use across therapy areas and brand life cycles.

- Ability to determine the appropriate visualizations for reports

- Deep understanding of all pharma data sources on the commercial side.

- Ability to design and implement the solution for proposals and customer decks.

- Ability to lead large RFP responses.

- Should have lead large teams.

- Have undergone at least 5 end-to-end reporting solution projects.

- Good communication, client facing and leadership skills

- Hands on knowledge of databases, SQL, reporting solutions like BI tools or Excel/VBA

Behavioral Competency

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and documenting progress towards those deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with both technical and business leaders in the organization)

- Ability to be a self-starter that can provide leadership

- Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements are a plus

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, preferably from a reputed institute.
