- Creating Change strategy, training programs around it.

- Complexity of the large scale engagements/ transformation and the change problem statement.

- Specific work on engagements around Cultural transformations ( culture assignments,current and target state client culture drivers, digital adoption, workforce transformation, M&A, managed services,etc).

- Clear demonstration of existing and potential use cases where they have deployed Digital accelators on their engagements. Seek specific examples of digital artifacts that they have proposed for improved outcomes (Chatbots/ digital assistants, Stakeholder engagements approaches, run book documents that helped user stickiness, building RACI matrix across complex process changes etc).

- Their POV on digitizing OCM, competitor benchmarking, industry/market opportunities/ white spaces etc.
