Senior Manager/Associate Director - Monitoring & Evaluation - Development Sector

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for the Global Advisory & Implementation Services Group of Company.

- Collaborate with project teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop monitoring plans aligned with project objectives.

- Design and implement data collection methodologies and tools to gather relevant data for monitoring and evaluation purposes.

- Conduct regular monitoring visits to project sites, both domestically and internationally, to assess project progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Analyze collected data using appropriate statistical methods and tools, and generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

- Prepare and present comprehensive monitoring and evaluation reports to internal stakeholders, clients, and project partners.

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of monitoring and evaluation data through data verification and validation processes.

- Develop and maintain data management systems to organize, store, and analyze monitoring and evaluation data.

- Collaborate with project teams to integrate monitoring and evaluation practices into project planning, implementation, and reporting processes.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in monitoring and evaluation, and provide guidance on their application to enhance project effectiveness.

- Provide training and capacity building to project teams and clients on monitoring and evaluation methodologies, tools, and processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as international development, economics, social sciences, or a related discipline.

- 7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within a global advisory and implementation services context.

- Strong knowledge of monitoring and evaluation principles, methodologies, and tools, including experience with both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.

- Proficiency in statistical analysis software and tools for data analysis and interpretation.

- Proven ability to design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, develop indicators, and establish performance measurement systems.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Experience working in international development, consulting, or a related field is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with global development frameworks, such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and experience conducting impact assessments is a plus.
