Sr Manager/ Associate Director- Medical Underwriter

- Experience required in HNI &life individual insurance

- Core medical underwriting exp required

- Understanding of insurance and underwriting as mostly candidates interviewed has experience of system dependent

- Should have insurance principal knowledge

- Should have decision making for the authorized amount

- Identify the amount authorized (3 CR- 5 CR)

- Mixed exp with Indian insurance + international

- communication skills - good comm skills and can conversate with international clients

- Sound knowledge of system as well

- Shift timing - 5:30 pm - 2 AM

- Would have to come to office during the training period
